- Q: What if I am not satisfied with the amount of the offer?

- A: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our offer, we will be happy to ship your silver items back at no charge.

- Q: I noticed that you pay 75% and not 100%. Why is this?

- A: Even with our low-overhead, there are many unavoidable costs and risks associated with buying silver:

- 1. We give each seller a free $15.00 shipping credit on all valid orders.
- 2. We incur fees to process your order to include paying personnel, advertising costs, etc).
- 3. We incur costs to resell the items we buy, whether it's to another wholesaler, retail or to the refinery.
- 4. We run the risk of silver dropping unexpectedly between the time we buy it from you, and the time we sell it.

- For the above reasons, we can only pay out 75%. The humble amount left over at the end of the day is our profit.
The truth is, we pay out more than any other company we know of. If you look close enough at our competitors, past all the "smoke and mirrors," you'll find they pay
much less.

- Q: If I mail my order to you, do you promise to buy it?

- A: Most of the silver that comes in through the mail, or that customers bring into our store to sell, we end up buying. However, Arnold Jewelers does reserve the right to refuse an order, whether brought into the store, or shipped to us if:

- 1. An item is silver plated, or not even real silver.
- 2. An item is believed to have been recently stolen, and/or seller appears highly suspicious.
- 3. Arnold Jewelers and Seller are unable to come to a fair agreement on the purchase price.
